After applying, we will arrange the date and time of the first visit via email or telephone, and after the on-site survey, we will confirm the date and time of providing this service and the content of the work. Once the service has been provided on-site, the handover will be completed by signing the confirmation form.
Cancellation of application/Return of product

・Cancellation fees may apply depending on the date and time you receive your cancellation notice.
・Due to the nature of the product (provision of services), we cannot accept returns of the product.
Defect warranty liability
If you suspect that there is a defect in the services provided, please contact us by phone within 24 hours after signing the completion confirmation. If defects are found after investigation, we will provide the service again.
We cannot be held responsible for defects due to changes in conditions due to customer convenience.
Payment can be made on-site by cash or credit card.
We accept applications up to 60 days in advance. If your order exceeds 300,000 yen per order, we will confirm your order by phone.
